Course Description
The accounting system is a source of information that is used to facilitate decision making in firms. In this course various instruments are presented that help managers to make good decisions. This includes e.g. particular cost management concepts, cost behavior, cost accounting systems, pricing and product planning, variance analysis, and budgeting and control.
